RETURNS
We guarantee everything you purchase from KB Sterling's online store to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or any part of your purchase, please return it to us in an unaltered state within 30 days of receipt and we refund your money. This warranty does not include consequential or incidental expenses such as shipping charges or customs duties. No other warranty is implied. We will process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please Note: We charge a 10% restocking fee (plus postage) on all orders refused by the customer upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returned after the 30 day warranty or to charge additional restocking fees. Altered items, special items, or items made to your specifications are non returnable.
SHIPPING
In order to offer the best prices for our merchandise we no longer offer free shipping. Shipping charges will be automatically added in our shopping cart when checking out. Charges are based on Fed-Ex rates according to the weight of the package and the country of destination. We ship all orders via Fed-Ex International Priority directly to you from Bali. All shipments are insured. Arrangements for a different courier can be made. There may be additional shipping charges incurred in this case.
